Meet the Breeder

Welcome to Ze Zadnich Lesu.

My name is Hannah Condray, and I'm incredibly proud to share the passion, purpose, and dedication behind Ze Zadnich Lesu.

My love for dogs began long before I ever dreamed of becoming a breeder. I was fortunate to grow up in a family surrounded by dogs, including Beagles, Labradors, and Coonhounds. Being raised in that environment taught me from an early age the responsibility, commitment, and deep bond that comes with living and working alongside dogs. Those experiences ultimately inspired me to establish my own breeding program, with a focus on Working Line German Shepherds.

My journey with German Shepherds began when I brought home my very first Shepherd, Niko. From that moment, my admiration and love for the breed only continued to grow. What started with one dog quickly became a passion for learning, training, working, and striving to preserve the qualities that make the German Shepherd such an incredible breed.

At Ze Zadnich Lesu, I place a strong emphasis on health, temperament, structure, and working ability. Our goal is to produce well-rounded German Shepherds that are capable of excelling in the work they were bred to do while also being sound, stable companions. All of our breeding dogs receive SV hip, elbow, spine, and OCD evaluations, along with a comprehensive genetic DNA panel through Embark.

In 2025, I began pursuing IGP more seriously, opening an exciting new chapter for both myself and my dogs. In March 2026, I had the opportunity to compete in my very first trial, where my female, Asha, successfully earned her BH-VT. While I am still relatively new to the IGP world, our journey began well before our first trial. Along the way, we have earned Trick Dog and VHMA titles and have spent countless hours developing our skills in obedience and personal protection.

For me, this program is about far more than producing puppies. It is about preserving a breed I deeply love, continuing to learn, working alongside my dogs, and building something I can be proud of for years to come.
